Terms of use

Using Alnly

Alnly connects creators and brands to discover opportunities, agree collaborations, exchange work and manage content rights. These terms govern use of the service. You must be at least 18, able to enter binding agreements, and authorized to act for any organization you represent. Keep your information accurate and your sign-in credentials secure.

Public creator signup is available; brand access may require an invitation during beta. Do not impersonate others, share accounts to evade restrictions, or use automated access that harms the service.

Collaboration agreements and the beta

The details accepted by the creator and brand define a collaboration: scope, deliverables, compensation, deadlines, revisions, shipping or visit requirements and licensing. Review them before accepting. Communicate changes and obtain the other party’s agreement through the available workflow.

The current marketplace beta supports gifted and discount collaborations. Do not treat an unavailable paid checkout, escrow or payout feature as a payment guarantee. A gift or discount has only the terms actually agreed by the participants. Each participant is responsible for their own taxes and legal obligations.

Content ownership and permitted use

You must own or have permission to use content, music, trademarks, likenesses and other materials you upload. You retain ownership of your original work except to the extent you expressly agree otherwise. You give Alnly permission to host, process and display your content as needed to provide the features and visibility you choose.

A brand’s right to use delivered work is determined by the accepted license, including its rights tier, duration, platform and other restrictions. Organic use, paid advertising and a full buyout are different permissions. Downloading a file does not expand a license. Whitelisting or advertising access requires the relevant authorization. Do not use content after a time-limited license expires unless renewed or otherwise permitted.

Conduct, reviews and messages

Do not post unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, exploitative, threatening or harassing content; disclose other people’s private information without authorization; distribute malware; or manipulate reviews or performance metrics. Reviews must reflect a real eligible collaboration. Report abuse using the reporting tools.

Messages and community content are visible to their participants and may be reviewed by authorized administrators when needed for safety, support or lawful operations. Do not send confidential information you are not entitled to disclose. Recipients may retain copies.

Cancellations, disputes and restrictions

Use the cancellation and dispute controls available for the relevant project or retainer. Accepted terms, completed work, delivered goods and rights already granted may affect what remains owed or permitted. Account deletion does not cancel those obligations.

Alnly may restrict content or accounts to address abuse, security risks, legal requirements or breaches of these terms. Where practical, we will explain the reason and provide a support route for review. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Service availability and responsibility

The service may change or be unavailable during maintenance or failures. Keep your own copies of important work and agreements. Alnly does not guarantee that a participant will accept an opportunity, complete work, meet a commercial target or provide accurate third-party information.

Each participant is responsible for their promises and conduct. These terms do not exclude liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded, or remove mandatory consumer or data-protection rights. Disputes are subject to applicable law and the competent courts; no mandatory arbitration or waiver of non-waivable rights is imposed here.

Privacy, closure and changes

The Privacy notice explains how personal information is handled. Settings include privacy, notifications, security and account-closure controls. Resolve active commitments before closing your account. Transaction and safety records may need to be retained.

We may update these terms as the service develops. Material changes will be communicated through the service where appropriate. Changes do not retroactively alter an accepted collaboration without a lawful basis or the required agreement. Contact Support about these terms or an account decision.
